How can we work together

We begin our partnership by getting to know you and assessing the interests of your group. From there, we go to work to create an itinerary that meets your needs. A proposal is presented, suggesting a variety of options for you to consider. Then under your guidance we finalize the details together until the perfect Holy Land adventure is planned.

In addition to preparing your itinerary, we are also happy to assist you in promoting your trip. We are always available to answer any questions. And, as soon as we receive a list of registered participants we could take care of all the remaining arrangements including international flights and travel insurance.

The adventure begins…

You and your group will be welcomed warmly by one of our representatives upon your arrival at the Ben Gurion or Amman International Airport. Once all luggage has been collected, your group will be escorted to a luxury tour bus where your licensed tour guide and professional driver await. They will be your constant companions as you embark on your Holy Land tour.

You will be staying in comfortable and clean hotels throughout the trip, selected with your budget in mind. For your convenience, all breakfast and dinners will be provided in your hotel packages. Lunches can also be included in your package or you can opt to purchase each day’s meal on your own.

After breakfast, around 7:30, the bus will depart for the day’s exciting adventures. These include:

Amazing archeological sites
beautiful, significant churches
A boat ride across the Sea of Galilee
floating on the Dead Sea
renewals or baptisms in the Jordan River!
Your package will include all entrance fees, so all you do have to do is enjoy the experience. The day’s tour will usually conclude by 5:00, providing your group time to relax, reflect, and socialize over dinner at the hotel.

The difference is in the details…

Your expert guide is also your personal assistant, providing all the details and information you will need each day. During your travels from city to city, he/she will talk in detail about the history and culture of the region. And of course, Bible readings and devotions will be shared at each archaeological site. The guide’s in depth explanations will be sure to help you and your group understands the Bible, and appreciates your faith, in a whole new way!

East Wind Tours and Travel knows that each denomination has their own special traditions. We want your trip to be personal as well as spiritual. Therefore to honor all our brothers and sisters in Christ, we offer a few different opportunities to celebrate the Eucharist.

Members of our Protestant groups often favor a special service and communion in the beautiful Garden Tomb.

For our Catholic groups, led by a clergy, daily mass can be arranged. These Holy Masses are always celebrated in sacred churches like:

Church of the Nativity (birthplace of our Lord)
The Church of the Holy Sepulcher (where Jesus was crucified and buried) • The Garden of Gethsemane
Mount of the Beatitudes
Throughout the trip, there will be many opportunities to shop for souvenirs from the Holy Land. Visitors will find unique gifts made by local artists, including olive wood nativity sets, Jerusalem crosses made in gold and silver, Old Russian icons, and many other beautiful things. Bringing back something special from your adventures will help to keep the memories of the trip alive forever.

Until we meet again….

At the end of the tour, your bus driver and guide will return you to the airport. Again you will be assisted by a representative to get your group checked in. As you board your flight for a safe trip home, we hope that you will carry fond memories of the Holy Land and your friends at East Wind Tours and Travel. We will look forward to hosting you again in the future.
